- December 9: RMF Annual Holiday Party
Join with us in sharing some holiday cheer. Rocky Mountain Flycasters will host a Holiday Party on Friday, December 9th from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. This festive occasion starts off with social time and a cash bar, followed by a wide variety of hors d’œuvres. We will also have a Fly Tree raffle so bring a few flies to share and hang on the trees. We will also be having our infamous White Elephant Gift Exchange. (One hopes that gorgeous fish lamp will be part of the exchange.) We will be raffling off one of our excellent rods also.
This is the one holiday party you don’t want to miss—a highlight of the season with fun, food, and friends. Be sure to be there and bring your spouse or significant other. Order your tickets now and avoid the rush at the door.
Tickets are $15 per person for this party that will be at C.B. & Potts-Restaurant on W. Elizabeth. See this MapQuest page for directions.
- December 14: Board Meeting
Members are welcome to attend any board meeting. Check with a Board Member to find out where the meeting is being held.
Note of the Day:
…notice Mrs. Wulff’s reserve and control. Her movement, coupled with a natural grace augmented by her years as a dance instructor, will show you precisely why fly-fishing is considered one of the most graceful of all outdoor sports.
